Christmas Miracle

I was in heaven this Christmas. All of my children and grandchildren were staying at our house in Sandy. With the Bells and Stukers living out of state, I thought this was an amazing feat. I appreciate their efforts so much! It can't be easy to bring your whole Christmas in the car/plane to someone else's house. Everyone got along surprisingly well and although it was a very active environment--I loved it. . . blissful chaos.

Triath-a-WHAT?

For Thanksgiving this year, we decided we wanted to try something new so we planned our own Mini-Triathlon. We mapped out a path in St. George and on the Tuesday before Thanksgiving we swam 600 meters, ran 3.1 miles, and biked 12 miles. Everyone finished even though some of our bicycles were stuck in one gear! Hannah was first in the swim, and Jesse finished first overall. (He had one of the good bikes) Even though the Bells couldn't be there, it was a great unity activity--we are considering a repeat sometime!
